The Hazlitt Theatre kicks off 2026 with an exciting array of unmissable entertainment. From top comedy acts and feel-good entertainment this January lineup offers something for everyone!

January starts off with a bang with numerous near sell-out shows including The Dolly Show, the Adult Pantomime Snow White And The Magnificent Seven and ABBA Forever. Hot off the back of his smash hit UK tour, join comedy star Simon Brodkin: New Work In Progress on the 22 January. After three incredible, sold-out nights at London’s Hammersmith Apollo, Simon Brodkin's new material promises audiences an evening of guaranteed giggles all round. With his unique comedy mind and bold razor sharp wit, this is a night you don’t want to miss!

Beat the January blues and step back into the golden age of swing on 30 January with Crooners Uncaged. Packed with laugh out loud comedy and unforgettable live music from the 9-piece The Mini Big Band, this high energy timeless performance pays tribute to some of the greatest Crooners of all time. Looking for even more entertainment?  Maidstone Film Society's season for 2025-2026 continues to present another fantastic lineup of films within the Hazlitt Theatre.  With  Small Things Like These (2024) on 12 January, followed by Four Daughters (2023) on 26 January. If you love world cinema, you will love Maidstone Film Society.  Memberships for the Maidstone Film Society provide access to all 12 showings within the current season.
